CNOS facilities allow a complete developing process that start from the design and finish with the finishing of the component and its dimensional verification.
It’s possible to manufacture plastic component with “Additive Manufacturing” technology, where the object is made depositing layer-by-layer, which allows you to create complex shapes and parts, easy customization, high accuracy and speed in the reproduction of components. Furthermore, through classic numerical control technologies it is possible to create plastic and metal components in order to assist and complete the 3D printed process.

Design and 3D Printing

CAD design, topological optimizations and FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis using specific software, which allows you to calculate the displacements and the stress on components, minimizing the material and increasing the structural integrity of printed components.
3D model printing with different technologies and wide choice of polymeric materials on request (PEEK, Carbon PA e PP, ABS-ESD, Nylon, PLA, PA, TPU, ecc.) with optimized post-processing in order to make the highest qualitative finished and functional component.

Reverse engineering

Reconstruction of component structure and geometry using tools and software for 3D scanning that reprocess data generating surfaces and mathematical solids, returning customized CAD models on existing components without the need to have the original CAD.

Dimensional control

Validation and certification of manufactured components through dimensional check with 8-axis 3D scanner in order to measure critical dimensions and deviations from its 3D CAD model.
Possibility to analyze roughness, porosity and mechanical properties of the components (tensile tests, compression, superficial hardness, ecc.).
